A magical experience! I felt transported. We had the tasting menu with premium paired wines. All excellent. The service was warm and friendly. The ambience was remarkable. We are from Santa Cruz, California.

An unforgettable dining experience at Tintoque. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully curated — from the warm welcome to the final bite. The food was truly exceptional: fresh, expertly prepared seafood with vibrant, balanced flavors that surprised and delighted. Each dish told a story, and the desserts were a creative, modern twist on classics — both beautiful and delicious. The service was just as impressive. Friendly, attentive, and thoroughly professional, the staff made us feel genuinely cared for without being intrusive. The atmosphere? Absolutely enchanting. Romantic and picturesque, with a setting that invites you to slow down and savor the moment. The carefully chosen music added the perfect final touch, elevating the whole experience. Tintoque isn’t just a meal — it’s an experience. We can’t wait to return.

We’ve loved Tintoque for dinner for years, but their brunch is an amazing and underrated surprise. The food is creative, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, from the fresh breads and pastries to the main dishes. You can really taste the same level of care and quality that makes their dinner so special. What makes brunch here even better is the value. For this level of food and experience, it feels like a steal. If you already love Tintoque for dinner, you have to try brunch. If you have never been, brunch is the perfect introduction. One of the best hidden brunch gems in Puerto Vallarta.

Every time I visit Puerto Vallarta, I make a point of eating at Tintoque. We had dinner on Thursday evening and tried the ribeye which was delicious and the sides complemented the mains. We love the fermented bread appetizer. The thing that stands out about Joel’s menu is that it changes weekly and includes seasonal surprises. Fantastic for a celebratory meal or when you just want a fabulous meal with great service in a lovely setting.

A wonderful place. The food is delicious. The service is absolutely top-notch truly outstanding staff. Thank you for the excellent service, and special thanks to Alexis. The wine selection is truly from all over the world exquisite. The hamachi, chicken, and grilled tuna steak were all fantastic. And the ice cream with the cheesecake flavor definitely deserves a medal simply amazing. A place truly worth visiting. We will definitely be back.

Absolute perfection from start to finish. Service, food, attention to detail and so much generosity - a welcome drink, little desserts. One of the best meals I’ve had in all of Mexico - this includes CDMX, Acapulco, Cancun and Merida. 10/10. You do not want to miss this place.

Fantastic Atmosphere, the most sophisticated we experienced in Zona Ronantica. The flavors service was excellent. We came for Brunch and my Gordita was amazing! My husband ordered the Chilaquiles, which he really enjoyed. They weren't his favorite ever, but they were yummy. Terrific overall experience.

Wow..fine dining at its best in PV. The servers were attentive and explained everything very well. Food was in a semi normal portion where we could either share or have on our own. Wine selection was a blast, but if you dont know mexican wine they will bring samples and help. Dishes like the atun look a little strange but the taste was amazing. And as a bonus they bring some pre and post bites to end the sitting.
